Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Aneuk Adorn, operated by Aneuk (OPC) Private Limited. We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • An incorrect product has been shipped


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The opening of the package

    • The damaged or incorrect product

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The unboxing video

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be made to the original mode of payment

In some cases, we may request the product to be returned before processing the refund.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to provide an unboxing video

  • Change of mind or personal preference


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed or shipped.
